Amey FM work across the education sector, the Ministry of Justice, and a number of NHS trusts. Amey began working with EF-group several years ago on supplier management across all education contracts and NHS trusts to help facilitate a common P2P ordering portal within the business.
Amey had a clear objective at the outset, which was to reduce cost and administration without putting an additional burden on the supply chain or contracts.
EF-group managed to implement this seamlessly with no disruption to the business and kept Amey informed of all steps and processes along the way.
