  • Create recipes and dishes: CaterCloud populates allergen information and calculates nutritional info from the ingredients you have used. If any changes are made to the ingredient, the recipes, and dishes they are in also change – saving you time and ensuring accuracy.
  • Create menus: Define your menu sections and add your dishes utilising our easy search functions and tagging systems to get your menu ready in minutes, complete with all the allergen, nutritional and costing information you need to give to the consumer. We also have a weekly menu planner to help you with weekly costings and nutritional targets.
  • Access our live allergy and nutrition database. Minimise food safety risk using our recognised allergen and sub-allergen identification and tagging, along with calorific values for thousands of ingredients. Protecting your business!
  • Have control over your stock. Adding storage areas to your ingredients makes stock counts easy. You can simply walk around your storage areas with any mobile or tablet device and enter the quantity you have in stock for each item. The system will calculate the value of stock held and calculate your gross profit for the period when you enter your sales and purchase figures.
  • Create orders: All you need to do is enter how many portions of a dish you need, and the system creates an order that you can amend if needed. This order can then be downloaded from the system to either send straight on to the supplier or you can use it to aid any other ordering method!
