Freshmarkets is the industry’s most flexible procurement platform and offers consolidated invoicing, controlled spend with fixed price lists and a full audit trail for orders. But what about when you want to speed up the ordering process? Our new Click&Collect feature allows customers to place collection orders rather than waiting 2–3 days for delivery. When orders need to be placed in a pinch, they can be collected on the same day. Not only does this speed up the process, but suppliers also benefit from streamlined delivery schedules. Additionally, caterers looking for bespoke budgeting tools can find these in our recently introduced advanced budget management and PO features.

Meanwhile, our CaterCloud solution takes the lead on menu management and budget planning. With access to our live allergy and nutrition database and advanced menu management tools, you benefit from streamlined access to everything menu related.  

So, what’s new in CaterCloud? We’ve added a meal plan consumption reporting function, which allows catering teams to enter specific consumption values for each dish. Using this, caterers can accurately report nutrition and allergen intakes for meals to help meet regulations. We’ve also introduced macro and micronutrients which can be enabled against ingredients and managed by catering teams or suppliers. These can be reported on as part of the RDA function available.
